Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if there are any issues with the item’s condition, print, etc., we ARE able to reach out to our printing partners for a no-cost replacement. For example: •  Image is printed wrong•  Ink colors are noticeably incorrect•  Item is not true to sizeIf this is the case, please be prepared to provide images (required by print facilities) to explain any error(s).We will do everything we can to make sure you’re happy with your order.CANCELLATIONSCancellation requests can only be fulfilled if the item has not yet been printed and thus will depend on timing. If requested, we can reach out to our print facilities to determine whether a cancellation is possible.OTHER NOTESIf you are ordering multiple items from our shop, they may be printed at different facilities and arrive in separate packages.
